When you buy a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you’ve already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven’t previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information.
As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile in infusionsoft. Each member profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.
When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including your name and email address. We use this information to send you updates about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service and announcements about new and exciting services that we offer. When you order from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the product(s) you order at that time. For your convenience, we do save billing information in case you want to order from us again, but we don’t use this information again without your permission.
It is the goal of InSPAration Management to provide clients with 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail. We will do our best to solve your concern.
If you return the product(s) to us within 14 days, we will refund you the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error). Prior to returning a product, email us for a Return Authorization and you will receive instruction on how to return the product.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns purchased. All returns and refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) days of the Return Authorization. We reserve the right to charge a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee.
It is the responsibility of the client to pay shipping charges on all returns to take reasonable care to protect against shipping damages, if you want to return the product for any reason.

New orders will ship upon receipt of the order. If the order is received after normal business hours, on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
Standard: Your order will be sent via US Postal Service. Standard Shipping is the most economical shipping method and typically takes 3-8 business days from the shipping date to
Standard With Tracking: Your order will be sent via UPS this service typically takes 3-6 business days from the shipping date to arrive.
Expedited With Tracking: Your order will be sent via UPS. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days from the shipping date to arrive. UPS determines the signature requirement
based on drivers’ discretion.
Second Day: Your order will be sent via UPS. 2 Day shipping typically takes 2 full business days from the shipping date to arrive. UPS 2 Day shipping cannot be used for orders shipping to Post Office Boxes and Saturday delivery is not available. A signature is required for this type of shipment.
Next Day: Your order will be sent via UPS Next Day Saver. Next Day Shipping typically arrives by the end of the next business day from the shipping date. Next Day shipping cannot be used for orders shipping to Post Office Boxes and Saturday delivery is not available. A signature is required for this type of shipment.
International Shipping & Handling
We can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. Remember that you are responsible or any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place a green customs sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents as “Media”. We mustfill in the value of the order on this sticker (shipping charges are excluded). We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise.

• For expedited USA shipping and handling (any method other than standard) the fee is $20
• For standard international the fee is $20
